Brian Saputra Hendra

BRIAN SAPUTRA HENDRA (BRIAN) graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Surabaya, majoring in Criminal Law. Brian actively participated in the Criminal Law Research Community, as well as involved in various seminars.

Brian joined ASNP Law Office in the late 2024, since joining the firm Brian has assist several projects in the capital markets and general corporate matters, including but not limited to Initial Public Offering (IPO), legal due diligence, corporate restructuring, and establishment of an Indonesian limited liability company within the framework of foreign capital investment.

Practice Areas: Capital Market matters, Corporate Restructuring, and General Corporate matters.
